Filemanager Explained


What are all the links and what are they for?




Action: shows the last action taken during the current session.








Cilcking on the "Disk usage" link will show you how much space you have and how much you have used.







Free space: shows you how much space you have left.







The above indicates a directory. Clicking on the directory will open that directory in filemanager.







The above indicates the directory name, clicking on it will take you to that directory in your browser.







The above is a link for setting file or directory permissions.







The above is the date and time the directory or file was last changed.







Clicking on the above link will also open the directory in filemanger.







Clicking on the above link will remove the directroy. The directory muct be empty before filemanager will remove it.







Clicking on the link above would allow you to password protect the directory.







The above image indicates that "addguest.html" is a file.







The above indicates the file size.







Clicking on the above link will allow you to edite the file in plain text.







Clicking on the above link will delete the file.







Clicking on the above link will allow you to rename the file.







The above indicates that the file is a graphic.







The above can be used to create a new text or html file in the current directory.







The above can be used to create a new directory in the current directory.







The above can be used to upload files (one at a time) to your server.
