Password Protecting Directories

Note: Do not use this feature if you are using FrontPage, You will need to use the password protection feature in FrontPage if you are using FrontPage



To password protect a directory, first log into your control panel and click on the link "Filemanager".





When filemanager loads, click on the link "pass" to the far right of the directory you want to password protect.








Type in the username and password you want and click on the "Add" button".







To delete a username (and password) first choose the username you want to delete from in the pull down menu.







Then click on the "Delete" button.
